How Do I Know When My Delivery Will Arrive?

Along with being kept up to date with your preferred contact method, our Delivery team will contact you around 24hrs prior to your delivery and again 60 minutes before they arrive. This gives you time to prepare for your Bed or Mattress to be delivered safely.

What If I Am Not At Home For Delivery?

We'll keep you updated every step of the way, with delivery details confirmed by email or SMS before your order arrives. If you're not home at the time of delivery, our team will get in touch to reschedule. Please be aware that a re-delivery fee may apply.

What Hours Do You Deliver Between?

Deliveries are usually made between 7:00am and 7:30pm. To keep you informed, we'll send delivery confirmation details by email or SMS ahead of time.
